Resort Rates – Northside RV Resort

Any rig 10 or more years old must be approved by management prior to arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on appearance and|or condition.
No tent camping or FEMA rigs. All rigs must be fully self-contained.
Maximum of 2 pets
All rates are based on full-term stays, paid in advance, and cannot be prorated.

All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of reservation and balance is due on or before arrival date.

Daily rates include water, sewer, 20|30|50 amp electrical & Wi-Fi

$70.00-$75.00 for 1 or 2 persons
Six persons maximum occupancy for families
$3.00 extra per person if more than six
10% discount for Seniors (65+)
10% discount for active duty or retired US military
10% discount for first responders (police officer/firefighter/emt)
*Only one discount can be applied*

Weekly rates include water, sewer, 20|30|50 amp electric & Wi-Fi

$325.00-$350.00 a week

$825-$850 plus electricity
A $100 deposit is required for all monthly reservations.
Metered electricity is charged at the prevailing rate for actual usage.
